Slurry / Chemical Delivery

Batch Blend
This system will batch blend slurry with DIW and H2O2 to deliver the batch to a day tank, and continuously recirculate the day tank to a global supply loop or internal loop. This system is equipped with continuous H2O2 concentration measurement of the day tank loop. All plumbing components will be natural polypropylene, PVDF, PFA, or PTFE wetted surfaces in contact with slurry or chemical.
Powder Blend
These systems consist of a single output mixing & delivery system. The powder is delivered manually to the mixing module. The system measures the IPA/Powder mixture and dispenses it into the blending tank with the addition of facility supplied DI water. The delivery system is capable of bulk dispensing from the blending tank or the stand-alone bulk tank. These systems also have an external facility input for remote drum feed or purging. All plumbing components will be natural polypropylene, PVDF, PFA, or PTFE wetted surfaces in contact with slurry or chemical.
Point of Use
This is a small system that is intended to be installed immediately next to a single polisher. This system will blend AGC slurry with DIW on request, deliver the batch to a day tank, and continuously recirculate the day tank to a global supply loop or internal loop. This system blends slurry with DIW utilizing two peristaltic pumps. All plumbing components will be natural polypropylene, PVDF, PFA, or PTFE wetted surfaces in contact with slurry or chemical.

Pump Decon Station
The Pump Decon Station is used for decontaminating exposed components to allow for repair or shipment.
Bottle Wash Station
The Bottle Wash Station cleans plastic bottles for re-use and/or disposal. The unit can clean up to 18 bottles at once.
Chemical Fill Station
The Chemical Fill Station is a piece of equipment that has a single chemical valve stick (comprised of a manual valve and an air operated valve) designed to be opened by pressing a button, thus dispensing chemical for sampling or metered needs.
